There are some great classic pinup motifs and the concept is quite stong. The inkwork adds a great textural element which also "modernizes" the pinup by including this newer form of feminine beauty.
I think a few tweaks to this solid base would clarify the image greatly. The models right shoulder could have a stronger edge. I think this obscures her form somewhat. The lips could be pursed a bit more in the exagerrated style of Gil Elvgren. A slight loosening of the hair could increase the playfulness of the piece. But I wouldn't want to lose the nice wrok with the hairpins especially nearer the front of the models head. Thirdly, a fuller form could be achieved by having the model extend her legs further to her right, more in the plane of the rest of her body. Another slight modification would be to have the model were a bra a bit too small so the lines on her back are more clear to again emphasize the big flirt of theis piece. (also if that top were a bra it would have a more clear shape, this one bunches a bit at the bottom) Great work though. The fundamentals are there and this could be made into a dynamite image. I look forward to seeing more of your work. In fact, I'll browse some more right now. Cheers, jvanarr
